The United States Immunodeficiency Network (USIDNET) is a research consortium established to advance scientific research in the field of immunodeficiencies/inborn errors of immunity. We have several goals:
Collection of phenotype data using automated data extraction to populate a freely accessible registry
Facilitation of studies on outcomes and phenotypes using USIDNET data
Matchmaking services to connect clinicians and researchers
Collaboration with ClinGen, OMIM, MONDO and HPO to improve data in other databases
Development of do-it-yourself (DIY) data access points
Mentoring of trainees
